- WHOLE FOODS MARKET 5% DAY -

Four times a year, Whole Foods Market stores hold special community support days where 5% of the store’s sales are donated to a local non-profit organization.

This year (2007) six stores in the Philadelphia region are holding 5% days to support our “Growing Healthy” initiative.  Shopping at Whole Foods Market stores on these days will support our efforts.
  • March 15th – Wynnewood
  • March 27th – South Street
  • March 28th – North Wales
  • April 3rd – Devon
  • April 4th – Jenkintown
  • April 11th – Callowhill
In April 2006 the Whole Foods Market store in Marlton, NJ held a 5% day to support our children’s garden at the McGuire Gardens housing complex in Camden.

- MURAL ARTS PROGRAM -

The Urban Tree Connection assists the Mural Arts Program by providing landscaping and design services for their special events, Mural Arts Month (October annually) and at their offices in the Thomas Eakin’s House.
